Cancellation Procedures
- How do I cancel my membership?
- To cancel your membership all you need do is complete out Leaver Form (to the right).For all our monthly memberships you are required to provide 30 days notice. If you chose out Monthly Value membership you will not be able to cancel until your minimum term of 18 months has been completed.Please ensure you include a valid email address when completing this form as you will receive email confirmation with further instructions.

Joining Procedures
- How do I join Fitspace?
- It's easy to join FitSpace:1. Click back to our home page and there you should see "Join Now" on the right hand side2. Click on the "Join Now" button & follow the on screen instructions which will take you through the sign up procedure step by step.3. You will need your full contact details and your bank details to complete this.4. When you have completed your application for membership you will receive confirmation via email of your direct debit agreement, your pin number to collect your membership card and confirmation of your Induction date & time
- I have joined but not received my email confirmation
- Firstly check your email spam box, if it isn’t there please pop into your club with a form of ID and a member of our team can check your details for you
- I missed my induction how do I rebook?
- You can pop into the club where a member of our team would be happy to assist you in rebooking this, or you can email your club directly. Contact details for your club can be found on the clubs page on this website.
- I’ve forgotten my pin number
- Don't worry, the team at the club will be able to access this information for you. Please pop into your local club with a form of ID and speak with one of our Duty Managers who will be happy to help you.

Lost or Stolen Cards
- Can I gain entry to the club if I forget my card?
- We do understand that we all forgot things at times but at FitSpace you will not be able to access any club without presenting your valid membership card.
- I’ve lost my membership card
- You will need to purchase another membership card at your home club; the cost for this is £15. Please speak to a member of our Team who will be able to assist you further.
- My membership card has been stolen
- If your membership card has been stolen all you need do is see one of the Duty Managers at the club and provide your crime reference number, they will then be able to verify the theft and re-issue you a new card.

Opening Times and Facilities
- Do you have sauna/steam room/pool?
- We don't offer this facility at any of our clubs - it enables us to keep your gym fees at the lowest possible price.
- Do you offer classes?
- Most of our clubs do not have a studio to offer this facility, please check out our club pages for your local club to check facilities.
- I have a comment about your facility
- You can speak to one of our team of Duty Managers or ask to see the Club Manager if you wish to make a comment about any of our facilities. If you would like to take this comment to a higher level then please email us through our Contact Us Form on our website and we will respond directly to the email address you supply, please ensure when completing this form you include a valid email address.
- I need some help with my training
- All clubs have Personal Trainers who are happy to assist you - speak with a duty manager at your club and they will be happy to point you in the right direction.
- What are your opening times?
- Opening Times are as follows:Monday - Thursday: 6.30am -10pmFriday: 6.30am - 8pmWeekends and Bank Holidays: 9.30am - 5.30pm(excluding our Belfast club which is 9am-5pm)

Payment Queries
- How do I opt in to the Student Freeze?
- Please fill out the Contact Us Form - with your Name, DD Reference Number & Email Address, and the club that you have joined. This offer does expire 31st October 2011.
- I have an issue with my payments
- Please call our direct debit company directly on 0871 250 2423 and they will be happy to discuss this with you. (Calls cost 10p per minute incl VAT from BT Land lines calls from other operators and mobile providers may cost more)

Prices and Options
- What are the different membership options?
- We have 3 great membership options for you to choose from, all of which are paid for via direct debit from an English Bank account1. Monthly Value membership which costs between £10 and £12 per month, depending on location. This membership has a minimum term of 18 months.2. Monthly Flex membership which is between £17 and £19 a month dependant on location and has no contract, just a 30 day notice period during which you will make one final membership payment.3. Annual Membership which is a one off payment for 12 months membership
- Why do I have to pay an admin fee and what does it cover?
- Your admin fee covers the set up and ongoing costs of processing your direct debit, the cost of your proximity membership card, and also allows you to benefit from an induction with a fully qualified personal trainer.
