We are under ASDA, opposite Bournemouth Central Train Station and beside the Bus Station.

From the North / East / London:

1. Head South on M3, take the M27 West
2. Head West on M27 which becomes A31 at the beginning of New Forest
3. Follow A31 west until Ringwood then take A338 South to Bournemouth
4. At the first roundabout (St Pauls Roundabout) turn left
5. Turn left at the next roundabout onto Holdenhurst Road
6. Take the next first left into Bournemouth Travel Interchange
7. Park in the lower level car park of ASDA superstore
   FitSpace is situated underneath ASDA and opposite the west bound side of Bournemouth Train Station

From the West:

1. Follow the signs for Bournemouth and the A338
2. Once on the A338 continue until you get to St Pauls Roundabout and turn right (2nd exit)
3. Turn left at the next roundabout onto Holdenhurst Road
4. Take the next first left into Bournemouth Travel Interchange
5. Park in the lower level car park of ASDA superstore
   FitSpace is situated underneath ASDA and opposite the west bound side of Bournemouth Train Station

By train:

1. Take any train to Bournemouth Station
2. Exit via the westbound platform and walk across the street into reception
